The best way to contact us:
- Click here to login to your account and enter the support page and log in using the e-mail address you used when you signed up, placed an order or listed.
- If you do not need support for your tickets or what you have sold, you can open a new request by clicking the 'Create New Support Request' button.
- If you have any questions about your tickets or sales, select one of the 'Tickets' or 'Sold Tickets' pages in the 'Account' section.
- Find the order you need and click the 'Support' button.
- Type your message you want to forward and press Send.
- We will check your support application immediately and give you a suitable answer.
- One of our customer representatives will reply as soon as possible.
If you have forgotten your password, we can help you reset your password.
If you do not have an order or ticket listed, you can find the answer to your question in the Frequently Asked Questions.
If your event is expected or has already taken place in the next 72 hours, you can call the Customer Support Line below. You will be asked for your order number. Therefore, prepare your order number before calling.
You can also contact us via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, but we recommend that you log in and contact the Support section. When you log in, we can view your order details and get back to you faster.
